2) Translation for Outpatient Consultation and Inpatient Hospitalization
Translation in English and Russian are available free of charge. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to your appointment.

3) Telephone Interpretation Services
We provide FREE telephone interpretation services. Please refer to the following:

24hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
9:00AM-5:00PM (weekdays only)
*No appointment is required. Please ask one of our staff when you’d like to use the service.
4) Multilingual Signs
All of our facilities have signs in 3 languages (English, Chinese, and Korean), in addition to Japanese.

We are currently working to prepare all brochures, consent forms and other hospital documents in different languages.
