For those who want to make an appointment, please have your referral letter on hand and make an appointment through our Appointment Services Desk (03-5550-7120). Patients without a referral letter or an appointment can NOT be seen by a doctor. Even for revisits, we may require a referral letter. Please call our Appointment Services Desk for details.

Each appointment is roughly 30 minutes. Our reservation system allows for a set amount of appointments in a 30-minute slot (i.e.; 4 patients during the 9:00-9:30 slot). Patients will be seen on a first come first serve basis within each slot.
