*The course fee cannot be deducted even if there is an excluded examination
*If the examination is taken with a spouse, there will be a deduction of ¥22,000 per individual.
*The upper and lower gastro intestinal endoscopy cannot be taken together.
*Please bring your Japanese Health Insurance card if you have, the biopsy and polyp removal during endoscopy examination would be covered by the insurance.
*Patients cannot change nor add to the course or optional examinations after this phone consultation.
